system_wearing
This is the new methodology that Goldwin proposes. System Wear enables entry or exit from clean rooms to bio-clean rooms efficiently and safely by wearing several layers of clothing, such as our new autoclave (AC)-sterilizable one-piece clothing and outer socks. The system provides a high level of cleanliness maintenance in the work environments.
Goldwin is researching and developing not only the maintenance of environmental cleanliness in bio-clean rooms but also high-performance products with durability and comfort under the theme contamination control of humans and clothing. With these next-generation product lines and our solutions based on entirely new concepts, we contribute to the cleaning of customers' work environments.
New Concept
System Wear
Layered clothing improves bio-clean processes
Design Concept
[Wearing] a third garment
Responding to the entrance from a clean room to a bio-clean room and the advanced measures against contamination
We suggest the "system wear (layering)" to seal off the one-piece clothing and the hood put on in the second gowning process by adding another new one-piece layer. Slipping the inseam area of the new one-piece layer over the head prevents the clothing from contacting the floor.
Design Concept
[Removing] a third garment
Relieving the concern about removing conventional style clothing with a zipper in the inseam area.
The adherence of powder on the face, the cooped-up feeling, and the bother are eliminated in a moment. The adherence of powder on the face,

  • Maintains grade A and B (Class 100) cleanliness.
  • The hood is integrated for mobility and comfort. The wide neck area fits loosely and improves safety.
  • The new design in which the quantity of motion was considered helps to prevent contamination and reduces the pumping phenomenon inside the garments.
  • Problems, such as a difficulty in putting arms through the sleeves, the feeling of tightness around the arms, and the feeling of bulkiness that commonly occur when layering clothing, are eliminated. The slippery material facilitates layering and removal.
[Information] Autoclave-sterilizable Solotex material
Repeating the autoclave sterilization process does not reduce the strength of the material significantly.
Compared to conventional polyester fibers, this material is stable for hydrolysis, has improved durability, and can maintain the state of the initial wear for a long period of time.
Repeating the autoclave sterilization process does not diminish the soft texture of the material. Imbalances in the properties that commonly occur with conventional synthetic fibers, such as high material strength but less than optimum texture, are resolved. Solotex maintains its soft texture and superior comfort even after being sterilized 100 times. [See more detail]

[Stepping] into a third garment
The proposal on system wear (layering) seals the shoes put on in the second gowning process by wearing new shoe covers.
A new countermeasure was implemented to solve the conventional "falling-off" problem.
